Refund and Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order prior to production or dispatch, and a full refund will be issued upon cancellation. Please note that cancellations can no longer be processed once your order has been shipped.
Returns
We accept product returns in line with the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of you receiving the item.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to process your return.
- Shipping costs (including return delivery) will be charged to you only once.
- No restocking fees will be applied to any consumer returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within a standard processing period.
Late or Undelivered Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account to see if the payment has been posted.
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Follow up with your bank regarding internal processing delays.
